Driving from Highway 1, take the CA-68 W exit toward Pebble Beach/Pacific Grove. Take an immediate right onto the Carmel Hill Professional Center driveway. 

Your first appointment

Bring your current prescription medications in their original containers or a detailed list of what you take. The list should include medication names, dosages, frequency (when you take it), and the name of the prescribing physician.

We ask that you arrive early for your appointment to allow time for parking and check in, that way your doctor can see you as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible. Let our staff know when you arrive, even if you used your MyChart account to check in beforehand.
